OD-V by the department of Art & Culture Rotterdam sought a design for the public spaces of the new premises of the service to the Coolsingel at number 6. The public rooms include a 40 meter long central corridor to the end with an area of 10 x 10 meters with a pantry. The requirements for the design include a meeting place, library, lounge and opportunity flyer displays. The design of the square space, a \"park\" area for reading and lounging. In contrast to the central corridor for a more \"industrial\" approach.
